September Self-Care 2021: Video 1

Welcome to September!

Hey all, welcome to the first day in September!

It seems there’s a background tying September to self-care. I am new to this but if you know me, you know I love self-care mostly because 8 years ago I found myself in a dark depression as my world was falling apart a bit both related to my business and personally.

However, on this day the topic is how practicing self-care is not a selfish practice, but a mandatory practice that everyone should work into their daily routines.

This article set a tone for the last year and some of the topics I explored related to self-care. Anyhow, have a read and share your thoughts in the comments. There are lots of ways to practice self-care. It could be spending quality time with family or friends. It could be meditating or working out. It could be getting out in nature or like the header image getting creative in some way. Oh yeah and don’t forget to get a good night sleep. This one is huge!
