Sept 2nd, 2021 Prompt: What are Things You are Really Good At?

In order to take care of ourselves, we need to actually celebrate ourselves. Will you join me in flexing some self-care muscles like the little guy in the header image?

Today we look at some things we are really good at. They do not have to be too complicated or too big but will you join me in finding something you are really good at and congratulate yourself? If you are game, share it in the comments so we can celebrate you as well. I love cheering people on and supporting self-care routines like this.

There certainly is some really great things you do or have accomplished by your efforts. Let’s celebrate them. If you are here reading this, I’m going to say… YOU ROCK! because you are looking to build a solid self-care routine. This will serve you in the future I promise you and hopefully make you feel good RIGHT NOW!

I’m pretty good a commitment and success habits. I meditate daily, consistently now for almost a decade. I’m sure you have some cool habits, practices, or accomplishments that will blow my mind.
