This is the second book, the Facebook group Buddhist Living reviewed (Dale did a solo-book review). I choose this book to continue discussing The Four Noble Truths. These are some of the foundational lessons in Buddhism and this book builds on what we learned in the first book, but also gives us a different perspective to think about how to apply these ideas in our own lives.
