Hi all and welcome back to this new series I am creating to try to help people kick off the week on the right foot. In this episode again I share the purpose of this video and series as well as my own personal purpose in life. The purpose of the videos is to help you have a great week and enjoy a bit of positivity. My purpose is to challenge people to become innovative leaders so that we can change the world together. From there, you can enjoy a quick story/lesson from Thich Nhat Hanh called Body, Mind, And Breath. Then I do a 14 minute meditation by Sharon Salzberg. Then I close out with a moment of gratitude and suggest you take a few minutes to practice gratitude as well.
