Welcome to The New Mindful Monday Video Series - Week 1!
Hi friends, many folks that know me well, know that my purpose in life is to challenge people to become innovative leaders so we can change the world together. This new video series idea is one way I thought I might be able to help you have a better week – by giving you a gift of mindfulness on Monday morning. Of course I highly recommend daily meditation, but if nothing else, get in your weekly dose of Mindful Monday or watch this one video every day this week if you are unable to find other meditations you like or want to practice.
Anyhow, this is the first video and I share my own ideas and ideas by Thich Nhat Hanh, Sharon Salzberg, and Jon Kabat-Zinn. Today I cover the purpose of this video series and my own purpose in life as well as a short story/lesson by Thich Nhat Hanh, a 14 minute meditation by Sharon Salzberg and then a moment of gratitude. Give this stuff a try! You might be surprise how your week goes if you find ways to practice these ideas.
