I’m very close to finishing my long labored over 30-Day Daily-Meditation Habit Builder Challenge.

I’ve been working on it for sometime now and I am almost ready to start enrolling people for this program starting in November.

This program will be focused on helping people build a consistent daily meditation practice. It will include a few personal zoom calls, a few lessons, and daily prompts to help people practice meditating for 30 days. It is going to be a complete brain dump of everything I know about habit building and ways to make daily meditation easier.

I am hoping this program will help people get started meditating or better stick with meditation once they get started.

However, I need your help. Before I finalize everything and go live with the program, I need to make sure I have covered everything.
